Troubleshooting Tips
Unplug both the power and Ethernet cables from your modem.
Wait 2–3 minutes for the device to fully power down.
Plug everything back in securely.
Once the Internet light is solid, test your connection.
Still not working? Call DAWN Support or Contact Us
Open Wi-Fi settings on your computer or device.
Select “Manage Wi-Fi Connections.”
Choose your DAWN WiFi network and click Connect.
Enter your password and click Next.

Power on your Roku device and TV.
Choose the HDMI input linked to your Roku.
On the Roku home screen, go to:
Settings > Network > Wireless (Wi-Fi) > Set up new connection

Plug in the Fire TV Stick and power it on.
Navigate to Settings > Network
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Click Connect
