Troubleshooting Tips

  • Unplug both the power and Ethernet cables from your modem.

  • Wait 2–3 minutes for the device to fully power down.

  • Plug everything back in securely.

  • Once the Internet light is solid, test your connection.

  • Open Wi-Fi settings on your computer or device.

  • Select “Manage Wi-Fi Connections.”

  • Choose your DAWN WiFi network and click Connect.

  • Enter your password and click Next.

  • Power on your Roku device and TV.

  • Choose the HDMI input linked to your Roku.

  • On the Roku home screen, go to:
    Settings > Network > Wireless (Wi-Fi) > Set up new connection

  • Plug in the Fire TV Stick and power it on.

  • Navigate to Settings > Network

  • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

  • Click Connect
