To help us resolve your issue more efficiently, please follow these steps before contacting support:
Locate Your Router
Identify your Dawn WiFi router.
Power Cycle
Unplug the power cord, wait 2-3 minutes, then reconnect.
Check Lights
Power light should be solid, Internet light should flicker.
Restart Computer
Wait 1-2 minutes, then turn your computer back on.
Reconnect
Attempt to connect to see if the issue is resolved.

Power Light
The light on the far left indicates power. It should be solid, not flashing.
Internet Light
The next light indicates internet activity. It should flicker, showing data transmission.
